If individual cases Bobas or Jellies are to be sent by parcel service, we can only offer this, if the risk of damage is borne by the buyer.
If the buyer does not want to bear this risk then only shipping against surcharge by freight carrier.
Unfortunately, about 20% of the packages are damaged and despite particularly secure packaging (crackle foil and chips), the parcel services refuse to pay for the damage.
